Could not click the "OK" while subscribe RSS feed

While I prepared to subscribe a RSS feed, I found that the "OK" label couldn't be clicked.
And I change other feed, all of them are wrong. I thought whether the question is caused by the zotero version. Then I update it from 7.02 to 7.07. But it not works.
