Zotero Connector just cannot us

When I click the button, it shows just like above, but there is no item saved in the folder, it is really confused me. Btw, I use edge and have access to all these articles.

  • Make sure you're using Zotero 7, which improves saving from ScienceDirect by showing a CAPTCHA in the app.

    If you are, we'd want to see Debug IDs from both the Zotero Connector and Zotero for reloading the page and trying to save.
