Files Not Syncing to Online Library

All day I've been getting this error message and no troubleshooting has worked. I'm able to open on desktop but as soon as I try to open the exact same thing on my iPad it shows this. I've paid to increase my storage, reset syncing, everything. Everything that was in my library prior to yesterday I can open fine but anything that I've added yesterday and today gives the same issue.
