Login problems

I can't login to my Zotero account, and it's become such a problem that I created a new account with my work email in order to post to this forum. I have changed my password, cleared my cache, and tried different devices, all to no avail. Does anyone know what might be going on?

Email support@zotero.org from the email address in question. But if you entered the wrong password too many times, you'd have been temporarily blocked.
