unable to open due to rebooting
I just redownloaded Zotero for Windows, as I was directed to (I wasn't able to sync offline files). Now that I've done it, it keeps telling me I need to reboot my computer to finish installation. I've rebooted my laptop a number of times and nothing has changed.
The rebooting isn't doing anything and I can no longer open up Zotero on Windows.
I'm not sure what I've done or how to fix it???

dstillmanIf you right-click on the Zotero shortcut and select “Open file location” (or similar), what’s the path to the folder? (You can x out your username.)

HRIDthis pc >windows ssd > program files > Zotero

dstillmanAre you using an administrator Windows account or a non-administrator account?

dstillmanIn any case, you should be able to just delete that folder (C:\Program Files\Zotero) manually and then reinstall Zotero.
