I also have this message. I am guessing the article title is too long, which is common with American Heart Association Scientific Statements: The creator name “the American Heart Association Council on Clinical…” in one of your items is too long to sync. Shorten the field and sync again.
However, I abbreviated the title and resynced. The error does not go away. The red exclamation mark is still there. Zotero, can you make a fix for this, please?
It actually seemed to be related to very, very lengthy author lists that include names of several Scientific Councils. We actually had to remove those as authors to fix this.

These names are almost always incorrect, so if you saved these items from the web, we'd want to know the URL so we can fix it to not save these.
