add citation on word

i am trying to add new citation but zotero is not working anymore. When i add a new citation it changes the numbers of the previews ones and removes some others. i already tried to close and restart both zotero and word but it's still not working

Zotero will change numbers across your document per requirements of the citation style, especially if some section of the document was removed (and thus citations need to be renumbered). For general troubleshooting see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents.
