Add item pulls call number in web version but not desktop
Hello, thanks for Zotero 7. It's great. However, just recently if I add a book via ISBN identifier (the little wand icon) in the desktop version, it finds the book and returns metadata... only the call number is missing. Oddly, if I do exactly the same thing for exactly the same book in the web version of Zotero it returns the metadata and the call number is there. Seems that something funny is going on there.
With the desktop version all I get for cataloguing metadata is "K10plus ISBN" in the Library Catalog field and nothing in the call number field.
Perhaps it is related to this problem? https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/467454#Comment_467454

AbeJellinekWhat ISBN? We always need specific examples in order to diagnose translator issues.

AbeJellinekTo be clear, though, we generally don't return call numbers for ISBN searches. If you're adding a book by ISBN, we assume that you don't particularly care which library physically holds a copy of the book and has made its records available to Zotero. If you want a call number from a specific library, add using the Connector on that library's catalog site.

jvanvlietThanks for responding so promptly. Here is the ISBN: 9780801030994

AbeJellinekWhen I save that via Zotero desktop, I get a Library of Congress ISBN item with a Library of Congress call number. If you're getting K10plus, try resetting translators (Zotero preferences -> Advanced -> Database Maintenance -> Reset Translators...).

jvanvlietThank you very much! Now it works perfectly. Problem solved. I'll keep that in mind for the future.
