Upgrade StorageUpdated to V7, but the citation bar in Word did not respond

Hi there,
I have a similar problem as you. Updated to V7, but the citation bar in Word did not respond. I don't have the time to wait for the debug, so may I ask how you revert to v6 without deleting any article inside of the Zotero? Cannot afford any mistake currently.
