Updated to Zotero 7, and then the add-in in Word didnot response any more

I just updated to Zotero 7 on my Mac one week ago. Today, I'm trying to add citations in my article. The Zotero bar in Word is still there, but it is not responding at all. I reinstalled the add-in and checked the startup fold as the troubleshooting page. Still, it is not responding.

Does anyone have similar issue or shall i redownload the zotero?
