Uploading files to online library from office (restricted) computer

Has anyone had any issues uploading PDFs to an online library when working on a (security-restricted) office computer?

I can see the reference biblio details, but the PDFs won't upload. I'm assuming it's an issue at this end, rather than the Zotero server end, but just wanted to see if anyone else had experienced the same issue.
