Navigating annotation text wierd result - is it local or do other see the same behaviour?

When I have an annotation text box open and use the arrow keys to move the cursor the second press changes the cursor focus to the whole document i.e. the cursor jumps out of the annotation note box.
Although I have just updated to V 7.0.7 (64bit) I've also installed other updates into my Windows environment so, this might be a local issue.
Is anyone else having the same experience as me?

I notice, in addition, the delete key doesn't delete (for example) a space between two words in an annotation text, but the entire annotation text

Yes, those are likely related and should be fixed in the next update. Please let us know if they aren't.
