Hi,
I have a problem when I open google scholar and choose a paper and choose citation then there a file download when I open it there is a window opened to choose an app like word, zotero,… and when I open zotero there is nothing inside.

Same answer we gave you via email: this is just a misunderstanding of how you save to Zotero. Manually exporting has never been the correct way to save to Zotero from Google Scholar or any other supported site, and it's no longer possible due to changes in Chrome:

You just need to use the Save to Zotero button, as on any other website.
