I'm mainly asking you to start a new thread ("Start a new discussion" at the top left) as you don't seem to have the same issue as the person who started this one three years ago. I added some additional info - i.e. don't expect a URL bar icon on every page - to tell whether there is actually a problem we'd need a couple of more example pages where you feel you should be getting a Zotero icon but aren't.

    edit: new thread here: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/34151/no-zotero-icon-in-url-bar/#Item_1
  • The icons "save to zotero" does not appear at the end of the address bar on the side of Z in Firefox esr 38.6.0, with Zotero version 4.0.28.10. How to fix it?
  • Same requests here: please start a new thread. Make sure you're aware of the changed location of the Zotero icon:

If you're looking in the right place and there's nothing there, make sure Zotero is installed and enabled in your add-ons and see if the icon is available in your customize options for Firefox.
  • Thank you for your answer. Using the menu, and the customizing section, I could fix the problem.
