Upgrade StorageZoom on Home Computer does not recognize a file I added in My Library on my Office Computer
Dear All,
Has any of you had this problem? I opened a new file in My Library on my Office Computer and when I wanted to work on my Home Computer, the new file does not appear among the files in My Library.
I have been using Zotero for years and any filed opened in My Library on one computer appeared on the other computer - or any other computer for that matter.
This time, however, it did not, so I wonder if any of you has had this problem. Thank you for any suggestion whatsoever.

dstillman Zotero TeamIt's not totally clear what you mean here, but see Changes Not Syncing or See Files Not Syncing, depending on whether you're referring to library data or attached files.

corneliusimutThank you; this was very helpful. It did not sync, although the messages I received from Zotero were about the computer not being able to connect to Zotero. I signed in, accessed it online, then Zotero sent me a message about sync-ing. Once I clicked OK, it worked normally. Many thanks again for taking time to respond - massively appreciated!
