Search highlights in pdf viewer hard to see in dark mode (Zotero 7.0.7)

As indicated in the title, in dark mode, it's very hard to see search results in the built-in PDF viewer. The reason is that the highlight color is too dark (almost identical to the background color). Is there a way to customize this color?

i’m having the same problem. i’m on version 7.0.8-beta.1+e754fa0c4. this was not the case in version 7.0.6. here’s the picture from my current version:

reverting colors back to the previous brightness would be fine for me, i just need something legible.

I have the same issue in the light mode as well - It is almost impossible to find highlighted words. See example, with two light purple and one light green...

^ Same, is there a way to customize this? Is this a bug or just an update? The yellow highlight was so much better

We'll fix the issue in dark mode and also intensify the colors slightly in light mode in the next Zotero beta version. Thanks for reporting.
