Unable to save on Google Scholar

Hi there,

I have tried everything but have been unable to save articles to my Zotero on Google Scholar. On any other website, it will create a snapshot and perfectly upload it but whenever I do the same on Google Scholar, I receive an error. The error just states "An error occurred while saving this item. See Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information." It does not matter if I select one article or all of them, and choose different folders to save it to. I have the Zotero app open when saving and have tried it with it off also. It will not save to my online library either and I will receive the same error message. I have the most up-to-date Zotero version (7) and have removed and re-added the extension also. I am at a loss of what to do, and would rather not manually add each article. Thank you in advance!

On Google Scholar, it's almost always just a result of trying to save too many items at once and Google blocking you.

Just click through to the publication itself and save from there (which will likely give you much better metadata anyway).

I have tried doing just one item at a time as well, and still receive the same error. Some of the websites for the articles I am saving will just cause Zotero to take a screenshot which doesn't help me either. Thank you for your suggestions though!

right, but once you're access limited, it will block every single attempt. Have you tried clicking through to the bibtex (via the cite/quotation mark button) manually? I'd expect that to not work.

That does work but, do you know if there is any way to export it to Zotero without having to manually attach each file with it also? It exports the list, but not the PDFs.
