Stopped working

This is my third year using this, and it's been amazing. Today, I've continued my essay, and when I try to open the app, a dialogue box pops up and tells me to restart, which I've done about 15 times. Zotero is installed, and I've never had an issue with it until today. Everything is up to date. I can't save anything to the snapbox anymore; the Z is now grey.
  • Delete the Zotero installation folder (usually in Program Files) and rerun the Zotero installer. Your data won't be affected. Sorry for the trouble, this is already fixed in the current version of Zotero.
