avoiding duplicate tags + overview tags required

In the library-pane you can enter tags at an item. As soon as there is a grammatical match then a drop-down menu gives the suggestions. This helps a lot to avoid duplicates and to use the same terminology. Can such a drop-down suggestion menu also be obtained in the PDF pane. Both when entering tags in annotation and comments, it is not displayed. Or is it because of the settings (which I do not find adjustable).

A second question is: can honor be given overview of all tags used in zotero?

    When you click "Add tags..." on an annotation and start typing, you should get suggestions. If you don't, disable all plugins and try again.

    Can you explain what you mean by that?

    Oh, it looks like suggestions may be hidden by the tags popup in some cases when you're viewing a document in a separate window. We'll fix that.

    @R.Vdvvr: The issue with the tags popup is fixed in Zotero 7.0.8.
