Storage Upgrade

Today I ran out of space. I immediately upgraded from the free version to the $20/year plan. I have only used about 13% of my allotted storage See screenshot.

I attempted to upload a PDF but received a notification that I was out of storage. See screenshot.

When will I be able to access the storage that I've paid for?

  • You're trying to upload in a group that you're not the owner of. Group storage draws from the group owner's quota.
  • Can my money then be refunded, since the extra storage doesn't benefit me? Or would it be possible for me to be added as an owner to the group so that the extra storage does apply?
  • The group owner can transfer the group to you from the group settings online. Otherwise, you can email storage@zotero.org for a refund.
