Upgrade StorageZotero 7 shortcuts

With the new Zotero 7 and the fact that the Zutilo plugin isn't being maintained, is there another way to add new shortcuts?
I'd like to create an "Add notes from annotations" shortcut. Better Notes also doesn't seem to add that functionality.
We could do it through Apple's settings, but that is limited to features found at the menu bar. Therefore, it does not apply to "Add notes from annotations," which is a feature found in the context menu.
Ps.: While I'm at it, it would be interesting to be able to set a custom heading/name for the note instead of the default "Annotations (date, time)." My own choice is to use BetterBibTex's custom citation key formula, auth.lower +"_"+ shorttitle(3,3)+"_"+year".
