Cannot integrate new citation into Word doc created in April

I am working on a paper revision that was last saved on April 30, 2024. When I add new citation using the Zotero Word Processor Integration for Mac (I am using Microsoft® Word for Mac Version 16.87), I noticed the new citation cannot be integrated into the old ones. Instead of continual numbering (e.g., 136), it stays 1 and create a new list of bibliography. Does anyone knows how to fix it? I am using Zotero 7.0.6
