Request to Add Citation Style for ČSN ISO 690 (2022)
Hello,
I would like to request the addition of the ČSN ISO 690 (2022) citation style to Zotero. This standard regulates citation rules for printed and electronic documents and is widely used in academic work in the Czech Republic.
Currently, Zotero offers only the older version of this standard (ČSN ISO 690:2010), but the new 2022 version includes several updates that we would like to apply. Is there a possibility to update or add this citation style to the official Zotero repository?
Here is a link for the citation style documentation:

In-text citation:

(Mares, 2001)
Bibliography:

If you list out the required changes we can look at it a lot faster.
Thank you for your prompt response! As requested, here is a summary of the main changes in the new version of ČSN ISO 690 (2022) compared to the previous one: https://www.iso690.zcu.cz/zmeny2022.html.
Please note that the article is in Czech, but I believe that using a web translation tool should work well for understanding the key points.
Let me know if you need any further information.
Thanks again for your help!
Kind regards,
Ondřej Marek
Can you tell me if these changes are across the board for all ISO-690 styles, not just the Czech version?
Also, is it 2022 or 2021?
Going by this it's actually the latter: https://www.iso.org/standard/72642.html
The original English version of this standard was published in 2021 and was later translated and adapted for the Czech context in 2022.
Thank you for your cooperation
Regarding ISO 690, there is an option to use "name tags" (I‘m not even sure how it should be called in English) as a citation method – each source gets a tag which is then used for in-text citation (either in brackets or as an upper index) and that tag is also used in the bibliography/reference list.
Here is an example of its usage from the aforementioned documentation (https://www.citace.com/Vyklad-CSN-ISO-690-2022.pdf)

Would it be possible to add this method as well?
Best regards,
