I get the above error when the sync process is going for a while, whatever webdav I used. Any method to solve?THANKS!

Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through a sync that triggers this, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

You should first disable any third-party plugins.

yes, the Debug ID is 1107474020. i have disable all the plugins and Restart with Logging Enabled.

This could be an issue with security software on your system, an issue with incorrect file permissions in the Zotero data directory, or some problem with whatever E: is. You can try moving your data directory to the default location in C:.

You don't say what E: is. Any solution would depend on that. But this isn't something we can help with — it just means Zotero can't access the files in that location for some reason.
