Zotero Chrome extension not importing from aacrjournals.org
Hi fellow researchers,
I am trying to import research papers from aacrjournals.org. Specifically this one, https://aacrjournals.org/cebp/article/20/4/582/68838/Can-UV-Exposure-Reduce-Mortality-UV-Exposure-and
I am using the Chrome extension. It does nothing when I try to that page.
Can anyone explain to me why, and if there is anything I can do about it (to resolve it, so that it imports)?
Thank you,
Jonathan

inspiredlightI should mention, I am aware I can source the paper from other article repositories. But I was interested to know why the Zotero extension is totally ineffective on this website. It doesn't even take a page snapshot, which is what normally occurs in the absence of there being an importable journal entry.

poettliedited September 30, 2024I just tried with both Firefox and Chrome. On both browsers, I had to reload the linked page to get the metadata and a snapshot (I deactivated the automatic PDF attachment). The connector silently fails on the first attempt (i.e., first access from the link above).

inspiredlightThanks. Yes, it does seem to work after a refresh. I'll keep that trick in mind.
