Author doesn't show in bibliography

In some of my citations in my bibliography in word, the author's name doesn't show, even though in zotero there is an complete author's name listet, like in the others citations, that work fine. In the citations in the bibliography, there are only three short horizontal lines, instead of the author's name.
If just installed the newest version of zotero and restarted word and zotero. It still doesn't work.
Any suggestions, what i could do?

Assuming you're using a Chicago Manual style, that'd by design. The two most common versions of the Manual are available without the em-dash substitution: https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=em-dash
