changing citation styles in zotero

Hello everyone, I would like to customize a citation style in the Zotero Add In in word. The citation style Institut für Praxisforschung - Harvard (Bahr & Frackmann) fits well. However, I would like to replace the doi with a link or make other changes. Is this possible or do I always have to do this manually every time I make a change? Many thanks in advance!
