Upgrade StorageFYI: Importing Endnote File Type XML failing due to unrecognized characters
This is just an FYI in case others have problems too:
I've just installed macOS Zotero 7.0.6 to switch from Endnote. I tried the above import method for all my Endnote references, but Zotero tells me, "Error: The selected file is not in a supported format." However, if I just export one Endnote reference it worked. Through trial and error, I isolated the problem to one reference. In Endnote, the abstract for this reference showed two instances of a box with a question mark inside (= an unrecognized character on your OS). If I changed these to a plus sign that they are supposed to be, the export/import into Zotero worked fine.
