i'm glad to help you improve this great tool and and i like your job. Here it is my comment:
Zotero is supposed to aid organizing and managing bibliographic records, which so far I think it is quite good doing it, but when it comes to organizing files it's really not making so much progress. What i mean is that Zotero is not good at all organizing the files saved in its own library or the custom place I chose for my pdf files. Instead or organizing my files logically (perhaps creating a directory per collection) Zotero creates a bunch of numbered directories that make it difficult for a file to be found when I am not using Firefox and Zotero to locate it! And the more files I save the more numbered directories it creates!
