Upgrade StorageIssue Accessing Files on New Computer
I recently purchased a new MacBook Air. After downloading Zotero and syncing my library, I noticed that while all my journal article titles appear, the accompanying files are missing. The same issue occurs when I log into zotero.org; the article files are not accessible there either.
However, on my old computer, the files are still available in Zotero. I’m unsure why the files didn’t transfer despite syncing my library. Could you please advise on how I can access these files, as they are essential for my daily work?
