Upgrade StorageZotero stuck in progress bar

I've been using Zotero in Word with no problem for a year now. Yesterday it was working perfectly but today when I tried to add a citation it became stuck in the progress bar. I've restarted the program and Word several times, also the computer, but the problem persists. I realized that I had an older version of Zotero and I updated it to the Zotero 7 version. However, the problem was still there, any time I want to add a citation there's the progress bar but it does not seem to make any progress at all. Also, I know that a lot of citations can slow down the software so when I tried to open the document preferences the same happened, the progress bar stuck in there.

adomasvenDoes it work in with a new document? Provide a Debug ID for an attempt to insert a citation in the document where you are seeing the issue.
