Slow syncing

Hello, I have loaded a large library from RIS and then de-duplicated - My zotero desktop is blank "loading items" and has been so for atleast an hour now as it syncs. This is just the first of many such large libraries so (10k records +) and I have already left the laptop on all night to sync after adding .... perplexed

    Are you talking about syncing or are you talking about loading? "Loading items" doesn't have anything to do with syncing.

    Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through a few minutes of "Loading items", using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option? Make sure you've disabled all plugins.

    It seems to be frozen - If I turn off auto sync I get a display of my libraries on the left but the records do not load. If I turn on auto sync I just get a blank screen on restart of the program
