PDF Files not syncing

Hello there, I have had issues opening PDF files on my Zotero on Device A - new laptop.

I am able to open that same file on Device B - old laptop, and my Zotero online Web Library.

Please help

    Check that the file is not currently in use, that its permissions allow write access, and that it has a valid filename.

    If this is an institutional computer, you should ask your IT department.
