You cannot drag.PDF files directly into the library

I don't know what happened, but one day I couldn't drag files directly into the library, and there was a synch problem with multiple devices.
Error report I have submitted.
Please help me as soon as possible. Thank you!

    One of the groups your groups is a public open group that doesn't allow files. If that's where you're trying to drag to, that's why.

    If not, we'd want to see a Debug ID for reproducing this.
