Too many sync attempts

Dear forum, I am a new zotero user. I had PDF libraries on my work-computer (PC), and my Mac at home. I build a library on zotero and imported the pdfs from both computers, in part simultaneously. The mac version is giving the too many sync attempts error, however, the PC version and the mobile iOS version do not. I imported a couple of hundred pdfs.

    Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing this, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

    Hi dstillman, looks like zotero on the PC has not completed synching, which happened today and now the mac version is fine, too. It complained about one sync topic that I could resolve manually. Thank you it is working now and all devices are in sync. Best regards Kai
