[BUG] Mouse Ctrl-Scroll to Zoom on PDF Not Working (Reproducible) (Zotero 7)

ENVIRONMENT:
- Windows 11
- Zotero 7.0.5


ISSUE:
- Zooming in/out on PDF stops working when using mouse wheel + CTRL


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Open PDF in Zotero
- Zoom in & out using Ctrl-mouse wheel
- Scroll up and down on the *SAME PAGE* a little
- Trying zooming using Ctrl-mouse wheel again - it won't work
- Scroll to another page
- Zoom works again using Ctrl-mouse wheel action
