The delay time for an feed item being marked as read

One of the best features of Zotero is the RSS reader, so that I can go through the new articles on Arxiv. I'm wondering if there is an option to change the delay time for the selected item being marked as read. The default is like 2 second, which is not bad, but I hope I can adjust it.

I vaguely remember there being an option for it in config editor in advanced tab. But I may be confusing it with some other setting. Will check that out and edit here asap.
