Upgrade StoragePDFs are shown as attached but I can't open a single one

I have the same problem. PDFs are shown as attached but I can't open a single one if I double click. No error shown. Trying the 'Show File' option also does nothing (no errors). No file has been moved, no setting has been changed. If you need some more info to help me troubleshoot feel free to ask.
