How to change Citation Styles

Hi,

I need to use a different citation style than there are finish ones.

I tried with https://editor.citationstyles.org/visualEditor/ but im not good in coding and to be honest I didn't really understand it

I found a Style that is quite similar to what I would need. I also was able to change the Style of the author but I can't change the order of them.

How do I change the order, or is there an even better way to make an citation style that is how my Prof wants it.
