Latest IEEE style Bugs

With the latest IEEE style, why can't journal names be abbreviated? Why can't titles be capitalized-first? Even after changing the CSL, it doesn't output what I want correctly. I'm really speechless.

    IEEE style uses MEDLINE journal abbreviations (when selected under "Advanced Options" in Zotero - Document Preferences window). And it displays title in sentence case (when the item has title in sentence case).
