The folder F4RRDQNW was previously present in my Zotero library, containing important references and subfolders.
I did not intentionally delete or move this folder.
The issue persists across multiple devices, indicating that it is not device-specific.
I have tried restarting Zotero, syncing the library, and checking my storage space, but the problem remains unresolved.
I have not made any significant changes to my system or Zotero settings recently that might have caused this issue.

There's no collection with that key in your online library, nor did one ever exist, though you appear to have created all current collections today. I'm not sure if you did that manually or some plugin you have installed did that.
In any case, collections deleted in Zotero 7 are moved to the trash, so if you deleted the collection, it would be there. Beyond that, this is likely something caused by one of the many plugins you have installed, so I'm afraid this isn't something we can help with.
