Upgrade StorageCase changing menu options still available when part of the title is selected
When I select some text in the title, the right-click menu shows options that apply to the selected text. But it also displays the "Title Case" and "Sentence case" options, even though they apply to the whole title.
I would expect that menu to show only options that apply to the selected text. So either remove the case changing options, or make them apply only on the selected text.
