[Android][bug] display issue under certain settings.

As the screenshots show, the annotation toolbar can constantly cover a part of the page under the following settings when at least one page is in landscape mode. And I don't think it's realistic to move the toolbar left to right frequently to temporarily avoid this issue. Thanks.
