Word 365, Zotero 7, error adding citations

Kia ora,

Fresh word document, word plugin reinstalled, machine power cycled. Coming up with erro inserting citations. Debug log submitted: D763974674

Maybe tangential: issues started after a simultaneous move to Zotero 7 AND Office 365. User normally uses Australian Law Style, but this example was using APA7.

Any clues gratefully accepted.

    Are you saying this happens in a new, empty document, or only in a specific document?

    In a new, fresh word document. This was after going through the steps in the troubleshooting document where the problem first arose.

    Specifically from the troubleshooting page
    In Word Options → Advanced make sure “Typing replaces selected text” is checked.
