Zotero 7 in English with 24 hour clock

Is there a way -- or a plan -- to enable zotero to show 24 hour time (for the notes for example) when using English? e.g. "English (Ireland)" -- which doesn't currently exist, and usually has 24 hour clock as standard.

I've changed zotero to French just to have the time in the format I work with.
