Hilighting function issue

Hilighting function is not working since i updated it to zotero v7. Anyone encountered with this problem before.

Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.

If not, can you explain exactly what you're doing? What is the second screenshot showing?

Thanks a lot @dstillman. A few pulgins slow down the running spped, resulting in the undisplayed hilighting.
