卡在loading items界面了

    已经重启过电脑了，并且已经以故障模式重启了，还不行

    报错信息：

    问题解决了，我把这些文件删除，zotero就可以正常启动了
    这些文件位于prefs之上，而且是出错的那个时候最新产生的，把他们删除就可以了
