Worldcat and magic wand not working

I'm using Zotero extension on Firefox and it is only recording a screenshot of references on WorldCat, but not capturing the actual book info or data. ref id: 1742702932

Also, Magic Wand is not working on my desktop version of Zotero, even though I'm entering valid isbns.
Please help, I've read posts on this and they seem to imply it has been resolved, but I'm still having same problem.
