In Text Citations Hyperlinked to Bibliography

I have looked for an easy way to link my in-text citations to their source within the bibliography so a reader can just click it and go straight to the correct source at the bottom of the page. I have been unable to find anything like this. Is this possible with Zotero, or must I do this manually through the bookmark/link function in word.

There is some macro code floating around on the forums (https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/12431/word-possibility-to-link-references-and-bibliography-in-a-document) that will do this. It's a little clunky and needs to be tailored to the reference style, so it's best to run it on the final version of a document.
