Why are so many words missing from the dictionary?

Why are even common words missing? Examples:

- neoliberal
- urbanist / urbanism / urbanisation
- mobilities
- walkable / walkability
- a priori

I think it would be good to have a better-read dictionary (with option for UK English!).
